-No promo code needed. Promotion is applicable for deliveries on weekdays Monday to Friday only everyday!
-Free additional Oysters are limited to 12 pieces for each delivery. While Stocks Last. The team will notify customers if there are insufficient free oysters and customers can decide whether to proceed with order. Order cancellation due to insufficient additional oysters will be refunded.
-50% more oysters for deliveries before 2:00 PM and 25% more oysters for deliveries after 2:00 PM all days all timings!
-Order as early as you can to avoid disappointment
-Not valid with other promotions
-No amendments, cancellation or refund once order is processed.
 
Note:
-Seasonal Best Oysters are from Canada, France, Ireland, Japan, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Selection of oysters are based on our in-house connoisseur's tasting checks.
-Thermal Insulated packaging keeps Oysters chilled for up to 2 hours, please store oysters in chiller (Not Freezer) for non immediate consumption. Our team takes the highest care with shucking to ensure that they don't bleed so oysters are fresh and alive when delivered, but that being said, customers are encouraged to consume oysters as soon as possible but not exceeding 3.0 hours upon delivery. 
All customers are presumed fit to consume raw oysters and The Oyster Cart will not be responsible for any associated illness arising
-TOC reserves the right to cancel any order and in the event cancellation occurs, TOC shall notify customer and do a full refund.
